Alexandra (Alex) Chernyak, CPA has more than 15 years of public accounting experience, focusing primarily on labor organizations and employee benefit plans. Her expertise includes auditing and accounting services, Agency Fee/Hudson Reports, Financial Core Payer/Beck Reports. Alex is responsible for full range of services, including managing Department of Labor Reports, Federal and State Information Returns. She handles engagements with many of the firm’s more complex labor unions.
Justine Grant Ruffalo, CPA has more than 16 years of experience. Justine serves businesses, private enterprises, estates, trusts and high net worth individuals in the entertainment industry, including the areas of music, film, television and licensing. Justine provides her clients with daily financial management and strategic planning. She also has extensive experience in royalty and contract compliance, film and television tax credits, probate court accounting and tour accounting.
Stephen M. Ozen, CPA has more than 20 years of experience in public and private accounting, specializing in the restaurant, food and beverage, and manufacturing industries. Stephen’s work experience includes dealing with issues related to setting up businesses in the United States, foreign currency translation, hedging against foreign exchange exposure and International Financial Reporting Standards.
